While we can’t guarantee specific flower types due to seasonal and local availability, we’ll select the best of what’s fresh and in-season to create something beautiful and unique. With your color palette as our guide, you can count on us to design florals that feel thoughtful, artistic, and just right for your day.

Pickup and Delivery
Delivery and set-up are not included but can be added at checkout if available.

The Flower Shop is exclusively designed for convenient pick-up at our North Broad Street location. Simply schedule your pick-up for the day before or the morning of your event, and collect your vibrant blooms. Everything will be securely packed for a smooth car ride, and we will guide you through detailed care instructions to keep your flowers looking fabulous.

Please drop off your vases on the following Wednesday by appointment.
(excluding bouquet vases - those are yours to keep!)

When should I order?

You can book as early as you'd like to secure your event date. While we can often accommodate last-minute orders when availability allows, we recommend placing your order at least six weeks before your event.

Can I change my order?

Yes! Additions to your order can typically be made up to two weeks before your event date, depending on availability.

Can I request specific colors or flowers?

Because we work with seasonal and locally grown flowers, we cannot guarantee specific flower varieties. However, we are happy to work within your preferred color palette and overall aesthetic to create something beautiful and cohesive for your event.

How do I communicate my vision and color palette?

We love hearing about your vision. You can share reference photos, a Pinterest board, or any other inspiration with us, and we are happy to schedule a call if you'd like to talk things through.

To make sure we're on the same page, we'll create a flower-specific mood board for your event. This helps guide the design process and serves as a reference as we put together your order.

Can you provide setup at the venue?

If your event date is available, we are happy to offer delivery and floral placement at your venue. Please inquire for availability and pricing.

What kind of vases and vessels are available?

You can view our available vase and vessel inventory in our inventory catalog.

Can I add candles, other decorative rentals, and stationery to my order?

Absolutely! We would love to help with your complete event design. Candles, decorative rentals, stationery, and other details can be added to your order to create a cohesive look from start to finish.

What happens at the end of the night? Can I keep the arrangements?

Yes! You and your guests are welcome to keep the flowers at the end of the event.

If you are renting vases or vessels from us, we offer a few options for their return. We can arrange to pick them up at the end of the night, or you can return them to our studio the following week.

What happens if I'm unable to return the vases? Can I purchase them instead?

A refundable deposit is added to your order to cover the cost of rented vases and vessels. The deposit is refunded once the items are returned to our studio.

If you'd prefer, you can also purchase the vases outright. This is a great option if you'd like to distribute them to guests at the end of the night or keep them for yourself.
